Women's Anxiety & Burnout
For the women who do it all but are quietly running on empty.
On the outside, you seem to have everything together. You manage your career, care for your family, show up for everyone who needs you, and somehow keep everything moving. But lately, you're exhausted.
Your mind rarely slows down. You replay conversations, worry about things you can't control, and feel guilty when you take time for yourself. Even when life is going well, it's hard to relax.
You don't have to wait until you're completely overwhelmed to ask for support.
-
You feel responsible for everyone else's happiness.
You have a hard time saying no without feeling guilty.
You're constantly thinking about what needs to get done next.
You overthink decisions or second-guess yourself.
You put everyone else's needs ahead of your own.
You feel emotionally exhausted, even when you're getting things done.
You struggle to relax because there's always something else you should be doing.
You wonder why you feel so overwhelmed when, from the outside, your life looks good.
Being capable doesn't mean you have to carry everything alone.

Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding the patterns that leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin and learning healthier ways to navigate them.
Together, we can work on:
Managing anxiety and constant overthinking
Setting healthier boundaries without overwhelming guilt
Recognizing perfectionism and unrealistic expectations
Letting go of the pressure to please everyone
Building confidence in your decisions
Managing stress and emotional exhaustion
Making space for your own needs without feeling selfish
My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and better equipped to handle the demands of everyday life.

I'm Roxanne Garza, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience.
Throughout my career, I've worked with women navigating anxiety, major life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship stress, and emotional exhaustion.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard and understood, while also gaining insight and strategies that help you make meaningful changes.
I won't expect you to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We'll work together to understand what's happening, identify what matters most to you, and develop tools that fit your life.
You deserve support that feels personal, thoughtful, and focused on your needs.

You Don't Have to Keep Doing Everything on Your Own
You've spent so much time showing up for everyone else. It's okay to make room for yourself, too.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling burned out, or simply recognizing that the way you've been managing everything isn't working anymore, therapy can be a place to begin making meaningful changes.
I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. We can talk about what you're experiencing, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
